• Seating is on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis only ; other than those reserved for Sponsors by the Organisers .

• A government-issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

• Show details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. All announcements will be on Paytm Insider social media pages, and on email/SMS/push to existing ticket holders.

• Children up to the age of 3 years can enter for free but no seating may be provided for them. Children above that age will require a ticket.

• Due to the live band performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.

• If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

• If an underage individual is found consuming alcohol, the ward’s adult guardian will be liable for all resulting actions & consequences.

• No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling of the event.

• Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.

• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

• Venue rules apply.

• Beware of counterfeit tickets.

• The organizer holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphics or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.

• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.

• AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.

• Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Erode.

• CHARGES FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CHAIRS OR PROPERTY INSIDE THE VENUE WILL HAVE TO BE BORNE BY THE PERSON FOUND DOING SO.

• Any person or people causing disturbance will be asked to leave the venue and will not allowed inside the venue again .

• No drug use allowed – consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.

• Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

• Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue.

• No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.

Entry will be permitted inside the venue just few mins before the show.

Warning: The show contains flashy lights that might potentially impact people with visual sensitivities.

Cancellation Policy – I understand that I am holding a spot, so reservations for this event are non-refundable. If I cannot attend, I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
