No longer can civic authorities be lethargic in their ways
TOI reports and pictures have already planned their days
A live video may be shot when a crime is taking place
The ‘perp’ gets arrested ‘cause the video shows his face
It’s getting more difficult for criminals by the day
Someone somewhere has a camera pointed their way
A bus stop that’s encroached upon or a public area blocked
Force the civic authorities into action before they are mocked
