XIM Bhubaneswar Hosts Business Excellence Summit, 2023

The event’s crescendo, day two, was graced by luminaries like esteemed XIM Faculty Prof. Shridhar Kumar Dash and the esteemed Mr. Chittaranjan Mohanty, Founder of Samvi Hifresh and a distinguished alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar. Mohanty’s speech resonated deeply, echoing the essence of life’s uncertainties, the significance of building a valuable toolkit, and the art of leveraging networking opportunities. In a riveting discourse, Miss Reena Rathi, Head of Mobile Business Development at Amazon and an esteemed alumna of XIM Bhubaneswar, unveiled the secrets of “Thriving With Innovation.” Her insights illuminated the path, emphasizing the customer-centric nature of innovations and the pivotal role curiosity plays in fostering innovation. She left an enduring message: “Today, questions are the new answers,” urging everyone to embrace curiosity as the catalyst for transformation.

Mrs. Jane Saquria Kumar, Partner at PWC and a revered XIM Bhubaneswar alumna, delved into the uncharted waters of M&A. Her wisdom, distilled from a life in investment banking, offered invaluable insights into strategic decision-making. She emphasized the rarity of M&A decisions, underscoring their criticality in an organization’s arsenal. Her words became a beacon, guiding all through the intricate paths of mergers and acquisitions.

Intriguingly, Mr. Tushar Sahu, Director of Engineering at Google, unfurled the tapestry of “The New Age of AI and Technology Career Options.” His discourse on Generative AI and its pivotal role in automation and augmentation intelligence painted a vivid picture of the future.
