At the first-ever EDCA (Experiential Design & Creativity Awards) 2023 ceremony held on April 29, 2023 in Mumbai, Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events, and Experiential Marketing Domain Company of Percept Limited, took home two awards in the categories of “Best Set Design – Physical Corporate Event” and “Best Use of Technology – Special Event.”
For The Artisan Awards 2022, Percept ICE won in the highly competitive category of “Best Set Design – Physical Corporate Event.”
The “The Collectors” event, which was planned for the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), included jewellery belonging to three well-known women from the early and middle decades of the 20th century. Wine, Salmon Pink, and Rose Red colours were used to represent the individual characteristics of these 3 icons in their own themed display sections, while monochrome colours and subdued floral arrangements reflected the great previous age.
A black backdrop gleamed with starry illumination projections in the Stage Area, and glitzy gold panels added the ideal amount of bling. A huge pedestal made of acrylic that was illuminated and embossed with the event name added the ideal touch of opulence to the elegant scene.
Additionally, Percept ICE received recognition for its Snapchat Tech Engagements in the new age category “Best Use of Technology – Special Event.”
Users could capture the most “Snap-Worthy” moment of the festival with the help of the “Snapchat AR Mirror Wall,” which was developed at the Sunburn Festival Goa and reimagined at Lollapalooza. With unique filters only accessible through the installation, attendees may take “the” most famous “Snap” of the occasion.
The installation was drenched in the recognisable Snap Chat Yellow hue, drawing attention even from a distance. The AR Mirror Wall achieved the goal of highlighting Snapchat’s legendary position in the Social Media arena with their Target Audience in a highly dynamic and engaging way. It was a stunning homage to the incredibly relatable experience of the “Mirror Selfie.”

Over 70 firms took part in the first Experiential Design & Creativity Awards (EDCA), which received a record-breaking 600+ entries. The event fraternity networked, learned, showcased, and celebrated creative brilliance as part of the innovative “UNconference” concept that EDCA offered to honour the geniuses of the event business. The Festival of Innovation featured Masterclass Circles with prominent business figures, Experience Zones with brand showcases from the top companies in the sector, delectable fare at the Food Farm, and the huge, star-studded EDCA Awards finale!
