WARNER MUSIC JOINS FORCES WITH GIRAFFE

Warner Music Group has partnered with Pakistani company Giraffe, one of South Asia’s leading music and audio production companies.

Simon Robson, President, International, of Warner Music Group expressed that it marks a pivotal moment for WMG as they join forces with Giraffe, which was co-founded by Xulfi, the stage name of celebrated artist Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan and CEO Muhammad Ibrahim.

Pakistan is a fast-growing recording music market that offers huge opportunities for a global music company. The collaboration is poised to open up new avenues for WMG in Pakistan’s dynamic music industry, leveraging the expertise of Giraffe, known for its involvement in creating some of South Asia’s most impactful music platforms and global hits.

WMG recognizes Pakistan as a rapidly growing recorded music market. This strategic move aligns with WMG’s broader initiatives in South Asia, including the launch of Warner Music India in 2020 and collaborations with key Indian Firms.
