Where is the peace and tolerance that all religions preach?
Where is the goal of secularism, governments should reach?
When did our beloved India divide itself on religious lines?
How can politicians decide how India prays or dines?
Are we heading straight for civil war? Will minorities revolt?
Do they expect all minorities to emigrate elsewhere and bolt?
Sad that more Indian people have begun to pick a side
Even those who are educated are not brave enough to decide
We are born here and we’ll die here, no matter what they say
We’re as Indian as any of them, and we’re here to stay!!!
