Percept Live has appointed Joji George as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from March 15, 2023
A wholly owned subsidiary of Percept Limited, Percept Live provides immersive, entertaining, and experiential platforms that allow brands to engage with millions of consumers and increase their overall brand impact and experience via live and online media.

As CEO, Joji George will be responsible for leading the Vision and Strategic direction of Percept Live encompassing R&D, charting global market trends to ascertain new business and brand extension opportunities, monetization of all the Percept Live IPs, exploring opportunities for synergy with other brands, managing the P&L, profitability, enhancing revenue both organically and inorganically, sourcing new areas, brand extensions and plotting the roadmap for each unique IP across India and overseas. He will work closely with the CXOs of the various business units across the Percept Group to herald the next growth phase for all the IPs under the Percept Live umbrella.
Throughout his career graph, Joji has excelled in all areas of Digital, Live Media, Exhibitions, Entertainment, Branding, Art, Radio, Music and Sports. Working on turnarounds and transforming companies across South East Asia and South Asia has been a big part of his career.
Aside from working closely with government and statutory bodies, he has also conceptualized and managed an entrepreneurial project that raised seed capital from marquee investors to build a B2B exhibition brand and managed multiple M&A opportunities to grow organically.
In addition to joining Percept Live, Joji was the Co-Founder of GoNuts.com, the largest and most influential platform for human connection and celebrity commerce in India. Prior to this he worked as Vice President at Beacon Advisory, as Managing Director for UBM (now Informa), and as EVP for The Global Brand Forum, Singapore.
ASTRO (Astro All Asia Networks Plc), Malaysia, Yahoo! Asia, Singapore, MTV Asia, Singapore and SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, India, are some of the leading global media organizations he has worked with.
Previously, Joji had served as CEO of Percept Sports & Entertainment, where he formed and consolidated the Talent Management division, launched new businesses and built IPs in the sports and entertainment industry.
Joji has developed many innovative concepts and identified many opportunities to create valuable IP in the Media & Entertainment domain over the past two decades.
